How is Perna® extract made? The process used to create the extract originated over 30 years ago, and was specifically designed to create a therapeutic product. It is a unique cold extraction process which does not use heat (as this will destroy the active components), chemicals or solvents. The extract is then freeze dried to ensure quality and purity, before being milled to produce a fine powder extract. This process was developed over several years using tried and tested time and temperature parameters.
